We’d love to help everyone be debt free, however there are times our solutions may not be the perfect for an individual’s financial situation.  Our services have a minimum criteria to be eligible for debt relief which require applicants:

  • Be insolvent.
  • Loans with more than one lender.
  • Owe more $8,000 of unsecured debts.
  • Earn less than the income limit.
  • Own less than asset limit.
  • Have not been bankrupt within the last 10 years.
  • Be employed or have financial support to maintain a regular payment.

Should this be the case, there are alternative services that can help…
