We’d love to help everyone be debt free, however there are times our solutions may not be the perfect for an individual’s financial situation. Our services have a minimum criteria to be eligible for debt relief which require applicants:
- Be insolvent.
- Loans with more than one lender.
- Owe more $8,000 of unsecured debts.
- Earn less than the income limit.
- Own less than asset limit.
- Have not been bankrupt within the last 10 years.
- Be employed or have financial support to maintain a regular payment.
